If you have specific equipment like a suspension trainer or dumbbells, I can program with those. I cater for all fitness levels from beginner through to the super fit. You load the app onto your phone or tablet and take it with you on holidays, the park or use it at home.
Track your progress as you go. Keep in contact with me through the app if you have any questions. There are videos that show you how to do each exercise if you are not sure how to do each one correctly.
