Fitness Coaching

Is this you? Haven’t exercised properly for a long time?  Don’t know where to start but you are keen to exercise?  Want to do something for yourself?  Want to exercise with your family? Want to chat with someone who can help you plan your first steps back into exercise? 

Fit Average Jo now provides fitness coaching, specialising in people who want to start exercising or get back into fitness.  You will get one-on-one time with me (via Zoom, phone or in person if you are local) to talk you through how you can get started and give you the information you need to start. 

No judgement, no pressure, it will all be about you.  No talking you into being an Olympic athlete. I will work with you to plan around what you can do to exercise with a family, your commitments and all the other things you have to balance. 

It’s an investment in your future health and independence. $50 for a 50 minute virtual session or $35 for a 30 minute session.

I provide tailored sessions for beginners right through to people who are very fit. I have specialised PT sessions as an introduction to weights sessions, introduction to suspension training, introduction to bootcamps, general PT session and more. I am also happy to do one-off PT sessions too with no hard sell.

PT sessions are programmed to suit your fitness level. I want to give you the confidence that you need to reach your fitness goals, start going to a bootcamp, start a 12 week challenge or increase your fitness to reach a particular goal.
