This 8 WEEK core strength workout is a 2-day split to integrate into your other workouts and cardio programming.  It will have you well on your way to those abs you have been working hard for the RIGHT way!

It is app based with your programming all done through your smart phone or tablet so you can take it to the gym with you. You will have access through the app to your Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach, Nik from Fit Average Jo.

Equipment you will need access to includes a fit ball, suspension trainer, cable machine, bosu ball and kettlebell.

Pick whichever week you want to start.

Don’t forget, abs are made in the kitchen! So get on that nutrition plan too.
